BMR & Caloric Intake Calculator

This calculator will compute your "Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)" using the Harris-Benedict equations, which is roughly the number of calories you would burn if you did absolutely nothing in a 24-hour period. Using this number, we can compute the approximately number of calories you burn in a normal day, and use that as a maximum calorie intake in weight-loss programs.
