The quality would suck! And I think that will be the reason it will be a while before CBS has to worry about it too much. But I don't think this policy is going to do anything but draw attention to it and speed the process along. ;-) Don't these guys ever learn... making a policy about it draws attention to it and does nothing to slow or stop it.
