Yeraze's Domain 3.0

I’ve always hated stores and website that would casually ask you “Can I have your phone number?” or “Can I have your email address?” at the oddest times in that strange “its-not-required-but-I’m-gonna-give-you-the-stinkeye-if-you-say-no” way.  Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, several big stores do it and it’s always made me nervous, because no matter what they put in the privacy policy they essentially can do whatever they want with it.  Circuit City just proved it, and justified my fears:
