Well, I’ve been annoyed by this for the last several days, so I thought I’ld bring it up here.

Thanksgiving day came around, and we all pigged out on Turkey & Stuffing and that funny cranberry stuff that comes in a can. It was a great day. Once all the eating was done, we sat down in front of the couch and started channel surfing. The Egg Bowl has to be on somewhere, right?

*Wrong.* Don’t know why, but they decided to play the Egg Bowl on Saturday this year. Saturday!!! Who’s bright idea was this? The Egg Bowl is a Mississippi Tradition, on Thanksgiving day. Come together to eat & greet, then start the football rivalries. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea, but I sure hope that it returns to it’s rightful place on Thanksgiving Thursday next year.

I’m even gonna go as far as say we lost because all the Football players were confused and thought the game was supposed to be Thursday.
