Ya never know sometimes
Me and Laura were laying down and taking a nap, when we heard a loud *Pop*! I dismissed it as someone dropping something in the parking lot. It reminded me of those times in grade school when someone would drop a textbook flat on the floor in a quiet class, just to startle everyone.
Jeremy calls 15 minutes later, with the startling news that the man in the apartment below him had just commited suicide! Don’t know why, but apparently he shot himself right in front of his wife/girlfriend and her daughter. Jeremy heard the shot, and called the police, but someone else beat him to the report. So now Jeremy’s apartment is surrounded by police tape and cops taking statements.
Sometimes, ya just never know what’s going on around ya.
